Constant hum recorded at a jeans factory, with washing machines in the background and a few steam hisses. Recorded at monterrey, mexico with a neumann 82i microphone and zaxcom fusion ii recorder.
Nostalgic piece where a choir sings on a station platform whilst a steam train is waiting to move off. The choir is singing in kings college cambridge style in the key of c - actually rené sequencing mimeophone karplus-strong over 2 octaves :).
A long echoing foghorn sound, made by blowing into a 10-foot-long pvc pipe in a fairly big, empty room. This is the best of the foghorn sounds i recorded. I think it sounds surprising like a real foghorn in the distance. Nice long reverb/decay after the main sound is over.
A long single foghorn sound, made by blowing into a 10-foot-long pvc pipe in a fairly big, empty room. Sounds surprising like a real foghorn in the distance.
Atmo of a boat trip in the harbour of hamburg. Mostly wind sounds, but you can hear the ship motor and some voices as well. Recorded on a zoom h5 with x/y-head.
Large, creaking wooden ship sailing on the ocean. The creaks are recordings from my wooden (very creaky) house. I live at the sea, so that part (the waves) was easy.
Sound of a speedboat getting started up. Recorded in class with a ruler hanging from the table. Projet “bruitages” coordonné par josé carrasco, classe de jérôme euphrosine au lycée français de barcelone, hiver 2013.
Some weird horns i recorded at the hamburg port anniversary 2013. This horns are the weird, powerless ones, i believe. Unfortunately a little bit muddled with people nearby me.
